Lynn is a phenomenal coach and mentor! She has been training our 4th grade girls travel team weekly this season. She is smart, attentive, creative and most importantly inspiriing. Despite years spent coaching at the highest levels, I have been most impressed with how she has been able to simplify the game and keep 9 year old girls enganged and encouraged. She ensures they play together as a team and that they are learning to play the game the right way and not taking easy shortcuts to just achieve short term success. She has adjusted training weekly to ensure we are working on the things the girls need week to week while ensuring they are not just growing as basketball players but as young women as well! The girls all love her and want her around as much as possible! We can not say enough good things about the impact she has had on our team this year!
