Lynn Milligan is an accomplished Division I women’s basketball coach with more than 33 years of collegiate experience. She spent 18 seasons as Head Coach at Rider University, where she became the program’s all-time leader in career wins and led the team to the 2020 MAAC Championship.

Throughout her career, Lynn has guided and developed high-performing athletes, coaching 20 All-MAAC selections, including two MAAC Players of the Year and WNBA standout Stella Johnson. A two-time MAAC Coach of the Year and two-time Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Coach of the Year, she is widely respected for her leadership, preparation, and commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes.

Through A Step Ahead, Lynn brings her experience, structure, and competitive insight to athletes, coaches, and programs seeking to move forward with confidence.
